Is there parking available? We have pre-booked hotel valet available at $60 per day. Alternatively, there is a Wilson carpark pay & display underneath the hotel and plenty of public parking available surrounding our hotel.
Does the hotel provide a DJ? Yes, we work with a professional DJ and have special rates to offer. We will assist you with bookings. Otherwise, you are welcome to organise your own and liase with our in-house audio-visual company for support.
Does the hotel provide decorations? We work with trusted stylists, please ask us for recommendations. We will organise timings to set up and pack down with them directly. You can also organise your own stylist and decorations.
Does the hotel provide microphone, projector and screens? Yes, we have everything from room lighting to surround sound, microphone, projector and screens. All equipment belongs to our in-house audio visual company – Encore. We will be able to introduce you to a technician who will assist you with all your needs. A cost applies.
What time do we have access to the venue? You can access the venue on the morning of your wedding reception, your Pullman wedding event planner will organise timings with you.
How do we secure the Wedding reception date and venue? Once we have agreed on a date and a venue, we will prepare a contract for you. The contract will need to be signed within 7 days. We also require a non-refundable 20% deposit payment at the same time.
Is there a discount offered for children? Children aged 5-11 years old benefit from 50% off the wedding package price. Children 4 years old and under, go free.
Can we bring our own beverage? No, this is a service that we provide in the hotel. We have a selection of all-inclusive beverage packages, with some including sprits. We also offer beverage on consumption and on cash bar. Should you have particular spirits that you wish to bring, please speak with your Wedding event planner and they can discuss our corkage fee.
Do we need to pay for security? Yes, security is required for every wedding with 100 guests or more. 1 guard per 100 people applies for a minimum of 6 hours.
Are canapes included in the wedding package? Canapes are not included in our wedding packages but are available as an additional to your wedding package. We have a delicious range of canapes and sharing platters available to choose from which are perfect for pre-wedding dinner.
Can we bring our own catering? No, we do not allow outside catering. Rest assured our Chefs are amazing, and every client raves about our food. Feel free to check our wedding testimonies. We cater for all dietaries and a variety of cultures. Should you wish, we can organise a menu tasting with our chef.
Can we bring our own wedding cake? Yes, our bridal clients are welcome to bring their own wedding cake. We provide a complimentary cake cutting service by our chefs on the night of your wedding.
Can we get a discounted accommodation rate for family and friends? Yes, and this is a benefit in getting married in our hotel. You have all your guests under 1 roof and we offer a discounted rate for all of your guests.
